Following a successful due diligence process, RSM is happy to announce the successful merger of RSM Spain and TGG Legal, a law firm with a strong and growing tax practice. This move reinforces RSM’s position as a leading tax, accounting and legal adviser to the middle market in Spain.
TGG Legal has two offices and thirteen partners, comprising five lawyers and two tax partners in Barcelona, and five lawyers and one tax partner in Madrid. Its client base is largely made up of businesses working in the finance and banking, construction and engineering, tourism and hotels, and technology sectors.
This merger substantially strengthens the international tax capabilities of RSM Spain.
