The ideal candidate will have the following experience and characteristics:
- A minimum of 3 years customer service experience within the Freight Forwarding Industry in Australia.
- Experienced Cargo Wise Operator
- Driven to provide excellence in Customer outcomes
- Ability to learn, and analyze customer requirements
- Ability to work independently
- Disciplined, responsible and structured to thrive in a team environment
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Operational knowledge of all aspects of import / export operations
- Articulate, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fast learner, team player, with a positive attitude
- Sound Computer knowledge
- Must be eligible to work in Australia
Duties
- Work hand in hand with Sales Department to maintain and increase client base
- Prepare and submit formal quotations
- Dedication to total Customer satisfaction
- Sign-up and on-board new customers
- Maintain high levels of customer retention
- Work closely with other business units to provide complete Forwarding solutions
